Local neighborhoods included in Zillow’s Best Cities for Trick or Treating!

Zillow posted their annual list for best Trick or Treat cities and Seattle is ranked #8 out of 20 cities. Phinney Ridge, Loyal Heights, Wallingford, Queen Anne and Roosevelt grabbed the top  neighborhoods in Seattle for Tick or Treater’s! Using a methodology that takes into account things such as population density, Walk Score® and local crime data it is no surprise that these north Seattle neighborhoods are popular with families looking for a safe and fun experience on Halloween.
