There are three property managers on staff who specialize in the management of single-family homes, apartment properties, and commercial office.             Member of Our services include the following, but we can tailor a management package to meet your specific needs: •   Advertising your property, utilizing many different sources to reach a wide network of available tenants. These sources include our office flyer, web site listings, professional rental signs, and local newspapers. Our location on Market Street in Ballard provides us with an abundance of walk-in traffic which allows us to also promote your property in person. •   Tenant selection including credit checks, criminal background checks, rental references and employment verification. •   Signing of a one-year lease. (There is no charge for a lease renewal) •   Collection of rents and follow through if rent is not paid •   Yearly inspections. An "Inspection Report" is sent to the owner detailing the findings of our property inspection. A current picture of the property taken at the time of the inspection is included with the report •   Facilitating all maintenance and repairs. •   Paying mortgages, taxes, insurance, utility bills, etc. •   Dispersement of tenant security deposits. •   Providing monthly owner's statement and year-end cash flow statements.
