Please fill out and submit an online maintenance request. Please note that maintenance requests are only viewed during our office hours of Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, with the exception of specific holidays. If this is an emergency maintenance request, please use our afterhour’s emergency system by calling 206-595-7337. If your emergency is related to fire, smoke, gas or other hazardous substance please call 911 first.
